General Terms:
Once a service has been initiated or delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained unless explicitly stated under a separate agreement.
In case of third-party services, cancellation and refund will be subject to the third-party merchant's policies.
We are not responsible for processing any refunds without proper authorization from the third-party service provider involved.
Specific Conditions:
If you provide incorrect information (such as contact details, delivery address, etc.) or are unresponsive/unavailable during service delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.
No replacement/refund/resolution shall be processed without the third-party merchant’s permission.
All refunds, once approved, will be processed through the same mode of payment unless issued as credits or service balance.
Refund Process:
Refunds are initiated only upon request by the third-party merchant to us.
Once initiated, the Turnaround Time (TAT) is 5 to 10 business days.
After the refund is processed, an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) will be provided to you. This can be used to follow up with your issuing bank for tracking the refund.
The final credit to your account will be subject to your bank’s policies and timelines.
